As pioneers of this technology we have developed a method of working which allows clients to obtain the undoubted benefits of underfloor heating while saving the cost of relatively expensive sand and cement/flowing screed which would be needed to overlay the insulation.
Other benefits from a contractor’s point of view include the fact the underfloor heating is installed at a very early stage of the construction and there is no need to ‘sterilise’ large areas of the building while other trades are working in an area as the building approaches completion. Thus enabling the building to move more smoothly to a completion.
